Connecting groups- MYP schools, teachers who have inclusion classes, schools with only 1 art teacher- to encourage collaboration and sharing of ideas.

I've made strides in my own emotional regulation allowing me to respond more intentionally and positively to all of the energy and behaviors of middle schoolers. This improved my relationships with students and set the tone for a more peaceful energy in the classroom.
