When this happens, the impacts of continuous anxiety can reach all aspects of a person's life from their work performance and relationships to their sense of well-being and quality of life. </p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Social: </p><p>Social isolation, negative life events, stress (work or education) physical or mental health problems social pressures. </p><p>Environmental: </p><p>While growing up children watch and copy their parents behaviors and the way they handle things, so the kids will watch how their parents react to different social situations and learn what is acceptable in society which can lead to anxiety. </p><p>Physical: </p><p>Anxiety can be caused if you have a sickness or if you have to take medication that has side effects of anxiety or depression. </p><p><br></p>]]></description>

When you're experiencing anxiety your nervous system starts your fight or flight response because it thinks you might need it. Even if you don't have anxiety when you start feeling it, your fight or flight response will come on. </p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p> People can be often dismissive to people with anxiety and just listening and being supportive and sensitive can be helpful. Don't try to change situations or change the way you act sound someone with anxiety because this might make the anxiety grow because it does not give the person with anxiety a chance to  deal with and live with the anxiety and when something comes up that is important and they have to do they wont be as prepared as they could of been.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
