I chose this team because they all have my strengths, except for Faith who is futuristic, which I believe applies to innovation. Alice is an achiever, which I can relate to by having a strong work ethic and likes to stay busy and productive. I chose Abraham since he is an arranger. Arrangers are flexible and can figure out how to produce maximum productivity. Carols strength is context, where learning from the past to move on with the future is very beneficial in innovation. Then there is Randall, who has the strength of responsibility. Responsibility means being loyal and committing to doing what you said you will do.
]]> 2019-09-07 16:57:57 UTC https://padlet.com/crystalgvackar/7c1mnx1cc9dj/wish/381215063 My Opinion crystalgvackar https://padlet.com/crystalgvackar/7c1mnx1cc9dj/wish/381218433      The prevena is a new innovation for surgical incision managment to help prevent infections.  As an operating room nurse, I have seen this product used in several surgeries.  The surgeons are aware of its benefits and know it's a great product for the patients.  This product is easy to apply to the incision site and has very little application and operating steps.  It is disposable, compact, and all comes in one package.  Also, with the increase in certain diseases such as diabetes, kidney disease, and obesity, the prevena is a much needed apparatus to help prevent infections after surgery.
