Progressing as a school in terms of innovation and forward looking. For eg, teachers are equipped with digital tools to create their learning resources, our students are learning under intrinsic motivation. for eg, our SDP.
Opportunities - there is awareness , however, we can co-create experiences with students. Teacher and student agency. Teachers' mindset - fear that students will fail.
Planning forward - more conversations with teachers to improve process, making use of existing time and space? Intentional.
