In this new millennium era,outdoor sports are said to be fun and enjoyable.Outdoor sports can be done by anyone at any age and any point in life.While sports sharpen the body and fitness,sports training sharpens the mind too.


The outdoor sports that I interested in is horseback riding .It is because I love horse.I will make awesome new friends.Horse people have one serious thing binding them together,so I will always have something to chat about .Other than that,it will be able to make the most of my holidays.
Some destinations are best seen via foot or horseback and cannot be reached easily by car .
Imagine going on a horseback safari,being able 
to trek across mountains and valleys,or having a gallop along a beautiful stretch of empty beach.


The benefit of horseback riding is it can be stress reliever.Exploring woods and hills on horseback is as relaxing as it gets.I can breathe the fresh country side air and feel as one with my horse as I travel through paths I could not get to by car or bicycle.It is where my mind really rests.
Besides that, horseback riding can increase the physical fitness of an individual .Just after an hour in the saddle going up
and down hills, i will certainly 
feel like I have had a decent work out.It does miracles for core, 🤬 and
back muscles.

     Among the benefits I can get from this sport is that I can relieve stress while studying or working.Next,I can see the natural spectacular and panorama from the top of the high mountain.I can also enjoy the fresh air and free from smoke and dust.
