Students at risk are currently paired with students who are doing well academically. Students who are doing well have also been spoken to and are willing to be peer tutors for these at risk students.<br><br>2. Students have identified the subjects they would like to focus on for this term and have been informed of the afternoon consultation schedule for the various subjects and will proceed to book their teachers to clear their doubts.<br><br>3. FTs are utilising SDL periods to supervise students' revision progress.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Our students require more reminders with regard to school activities/ homework so we will usually provide an overview of the day/ week during FT period.<br><br>2. Students tend to be in cliques. Students have been tasked to do 3 min presentations to talk about themselves/ a topic they are passionate about. We observe that students start to gel better as they know more about their peers.<br><br>3. FT period is a good time for us to do a visual check on the students, especially those who do not seem like they are ready for school. We will approach them to find out what is bothering them and follow up from there.</div>]]></description>

This stems from their low motivation to come school.&nbsp;<br><br>FT time will be utilised to focus on addressing these issues and motivating students to come school (and then come on time).<br><br>We will be once again implementing the 3N Grand Draw. Also, we hope to use the morning periods to engage students in activities such as sports.<br><br>We will also be tapping on class comm members to lead in class bonding activities.</div>]]></description>
