In unit 3 two things I learned the most about was netiquette and how to set up appointments. The most important by far was the netiquette as its important for the well being of others as well as the well being of my reputation. Its important that I remember the lessons that I learned from Unit 3. Like not entering an argument and to leave one when it starts. As well as being respectfully and mindful of people who I share my online space with. As for emails I didn't know how to formally wright an email before unit 3. I really guessed but I wasn't sure if I was doing it right or how I should do it. It wasn't all that different than before I learned how to do it, but now I know that I do a greeting a message and a signature at the bottoms of my emails. Another Thing I learned is how to set up an appointments with google and I can see this being useful for when I have to set up meet ups with people like co workers or family.
