how to write more proficiently by steps. I start out by writing a messy, rough draft to gather my thoughts, and then I organize them and rewrite them over and over until they meet the standards of a proper essay. I'd also say that I learned the categories of humor and fallacies which could be used for writing. I still need to work more on general writing skills such as keeping the readers engaged, getting to the point, and using key points that supports what I'm writing.

I included this assignment because it shows the progression of my writing throughout the semester. in this assignment I explain the meaning of the video and what makes it funny generally and specifically to the audience. I list out the kind of humor they use to keep the audience engaged such as ironic humor, exaggerated humor, and even racial humor. the point I'm making is that I list out all these factors in an organized draft, while using it as supporting evidence for my claim.

I fill out small but major ideas in the rough draft to give way to the final draft. by doing this I can add details, fixate on the memories more easily and bring out key points that can get to the point of the story while keeping readers engaged. this process of writing helped show me how to write more effectively step by step, by using multiple of memories and building off of it with minor but specific details.

I showed which examples from Jim Jeffery's article that used ethos, pathos, logos and kairos by looking for specific clues in his writing such as if he were writing with emotion, credibility or logic to see which he is using at the moment.

I used this piece of work because it demonstrates how to tell what writing is considered a fallacy, what kind of fallacy is it, and if it is true or not. using this can support your writing (especially if you are writing an argumentative essay or using a counter argument against another writer's argument).

I used this writing because it showcases the summary of this article (lisa lampanelli making racist jokes), the main argument of the writer (racist jokes are not good jokes to use for the audience), and how it effects the audience ( specifically their actions in a negative manner). this helped me to learn how to write against subjects by using key logic and evidence and proving why.

I used this because I believe that this is a good article due to it being written in order, with evidence from the summary down to the conclusion. it shows me step by step what needs to be written for the readers to see, and the points you need to make to influence them and capture their attention. this demonstrates how you can counter argue with another writer using key evidence to support your claim (and even gave reasons that support the evidence) in which draws attention to your argument. I think I did a great job on writing in this assignment.

I believe that I learned and accomplished a lot of writing skills and strategies from this semester and still have some to work on. but what I have learned most from this class is that writing a good paper consist of continuous writing and rewriting, organizing, researching, and brainstorming, then even after all that you still have to look and fix minor details to perfect your paper. your writing will never start out perfectly, but with continuous practice, your writing skills will progress as you go on.
