My favorite meal in the day is breakfast in Saturday I eat pancakes with syrup and strawberries. I eat it with my family. It is not healthy only the strawberries and I drink with it orange juice. It is my favourite meal because it is very yummy and I am happy when I eat it.

My favorite meal is breakfast.
On the weekends I eat breakfast with my parents and my parrot and in school I eat breakfast with my friends.
When I eat breakfast with my parents we eat it at home or outside when we are on a vacation.
When I eat breakfast with my friends I eat it in school or outside When we are on a trip.
I usually have for breakfast a salad,eggs,bread with butter and cereal.
At school I have a sandwich and banana.
My breakfast is from the groups: protein ( eggs)
Vegetables (salad)
Dairy (butter)
Grains ( bread)
It's my favorite because breakfast is very healthy and we have a lot of energy to make breakfast couse we just woke up!
