Fairy Glen, Isle of Skye Scotland

The Isle of Skye, on the west coast of Scotland, has volcanic origins. Its singular geology has created landscapes which are very different from the rest of Scotland.
The Fairy Glens are basalt hills with unusual patterns, which give the landscape a magical feeling.
As I was walking, I thought I was going to encounter a hobbit any minute. With its luscious green views, the Fairy Glens are a spot not to be missed if you ever travel to Skye.

This beautiful place is called “Port de Benasc”. It is the border between Spain and France. It was used as a path to cross both countries for merchants, smugglers, army or refugees.

I love Pyrenees and this part is my favorite even though I almost didn’t watch it. Before you get there, there are two ponds and I thought that the excursion was finished (I was really tired). I realized that people kept walking so I decided to continue the path… and that’s what I saw.

It is the perfect example that you don’t have to go very far to enjoy such a gorgeous landscape.

Xènia.

There's a pretty valley just crossing the border of France. You have to cross "El Portillon" and when you're in Bagnères de Louchon, take the road to Val de Louron. There, you'll find a small valley with a lake, some boats to hire, you can go hicking, skiing, paragliding...
Then, when you're tired, you can get relaxed in Balnéa before going back home with the feeling that you've been in paradise.
Noemi.

Best pastrami sandwich in NY - Katz

I don't an if that's the place where Harry met Sally. Perhaps being near LittleItaly was a place where Al Pacino, Robert de Niro or Malon Brandon ate when they were shooting a italian mafia's movie in New York... That kind of doubts where on my mind in Katz, the best Pastrami Sandwich on New York. Don't pass through East Side without entering, don't miss it!
As you will notice, you have already leaved Little Italy for some blocks, but Katz restaurant still has that Italian style that embraced most 80's american movies. The service, the objects hanging on the walls, and the food were fantastic.

In Farrera, a small village located in the Pallars Sobirà, in the Pyrenees, there’s a beautiful hermitage named Santa Maria de la Serra, from which you can see a stunning view of the La Coma valley, with the villages of Montesclado and Tírvia at the bottom, and the highest Pyrenees Mountains beyond at the end. This tinny church, in which sometimes has taken place art performances like music concerts and poetry readings, for me it means the end of a nice walk from Tírvia through which I find a very nice source of inspiration and lovely calm.

Located in Cork, on the South of Ireland, there is this amazing castle and its gardens. Although it is partially destroyed you can reach the top where there is the eloquence stone. By kissing it you can become more eloquent. It is a bit tricky because, as it is shown in the image, there is a hole between the stone and the floor. Because of this you have to put yourself in a peculiar posture to reach and kiss the stone.

Oscar
