When it comes to art it can be found anywhere and in everything. Today I explored the movement of light by using different materials such as led lights, mirrors, and small wooden blocks. As you can see in the pictures I was trying to play with the reflection of light with the help of a mirror, and it turns out something like a torch. Then I placed multiple wooden blocks on the floor in sunlight and it turns out so beautifully with the shadows. According to (Roy, Baker & Hamilton 2015) there are various forms of art such as drama, media arts, music, and visual arts, and each art form has a different way of expression and communication with its distinct language. From this art, kids will learn new words and their meanings, and even achieve an understanding of light and how it works. Reggio Emilia's philosophy for lightplay is to encourage collaborative play, experimentation and discovery-based learning to make a creative space.

To implement this activity, I will arrange a light table and diverse recycled materials. Children can use various materials and can explore the light and even can create their kaleidoscopic patterns and luminous construction.

I will prepare a table with all the required materials such as colours, water, canvas and objects which kids can use to print it. Through this activity, they can create anything through their imagination. And even they will learn new words, and learn about the colour (primary, secondary, and complimentary colours).

I was exploring the medium of water color with vegetable oil and I thought that I can take an impression on some object as color can float on the water. But I wasn't successful so, I tried using nail paint in the water and guess what it started floating on the water and slowly started spreading. To conduct this activity kids will collect natural material from the surrounding. Now with the help of the material kids can draw using that material and even can draw on that material. Through this activity, toddlers will learn about the various material qualities, their tendency, and how different objects have unique usage.

In my childhood my mom made wooden carved designs for me so, I thought I can try those with the water colour by mixing multiple colours on paper, and it turns out well. While creating the prints with the wooden blocks the thought came to my mind that I can explore the different bases of paint. So, I started looking for a base and found stones from my garden and started painting it. In first try I try to play with the harmony of dots and in second stone I try to create my favorite symbol with the dots and that’s my outcome of whole process.

I choose to use paint for my creative art because I am connected with it from my childhood as I love to play with colours and create new art. Initially, I used the dry colours and was trying to play with colours in a circular motion. While using the dry colours on paper it feels like meditating and a stress buster. I asked the kids to look for the material which can make a sound. So, it can be a very funny and exciting activity. After collecting the various materials kids can develop sound and with this, they can learn objects' qualities, and how to handle the material.

I will plan a campfire morning with the kids, where we just sit around the fire and talk about anything. Through this children will come up with a lot of questions regarding the fire, wood, coal, and ash. They were curious about the smoke, and how coal can be made. Toddlers will learn about the new words and will gain information about the different substances.

Fire is too risky for kids but then also I tried to explore for my inner child. I was thinking that how can I use fire in the movement. While I was exploring the colour I checked contained in my ink colours which have alcohol in it so, I bring a candle near to that colour and it caught fire. and it started spreading the colours and mixing the two different colours. In the above activity I have taken three different types of pulses which has different colors. In my childhood my mom used to gives me and my brother to play with the pulses that was so exiting as we can make anything with it. In the implementation of this activity I would ask parents to give the pluses to their kids in small zip lock bag. In class we will provide kids with the plain paper, and glue to make a art or anything they like. From this activity kids will learn handling the material as it is tiny seeds, and also help each other to achieve the end stage.
