Darwinism is a theory of biological evolution stating that all species of organisms arise and develop through the natural selection of small, inherited variations that increase the individual's ability to compete, survive, and reproduce.

while the physcal changes of living beings are examined by macroevolution, genetic changes are examined by microevolution.evolution begins with gens it means with microevolution and the progress continues with physcal changes it means macroevolution.
The reason we can not see mac.evo. is that our life is so short that is not enough to perceive evolutionary changes.just as we can not percieve the movement of the continents or the change of climate instantaneously , but if we can understand the existance of these slow changes from geological and meteorologocal data, we can understand the slow effect of the evolutionary process from the fossil and laboratory expriments that have provided us with recordings over very long periods of time.

If God is perfect, why has he created man and other living beings so badly?

The human being is a creature with many faults. For example, we are vulnerable to many diseases, the bones break easily and with age the body and the mind degrade. You can also mention the ill-designed spinal column, the non-flexible knees and the pelvic bones that make the delivery so complicated. All together, these biological evidence indicates that God does not exist (or that he did not create us well and that there is therefore no reason to worship him).
