• Review Your Team’s Goals: Look at your team members’ goals. If needed, revise or improve them.

• Submit the Best Version: Choose the best-written goal (teammate’s) and share it.

• Write an email to document the feedback on the same scenario discussed in the session: An employee was assigned a goal to complete a professional certification as part of their Q2 objectives. Although they attended the training sessions and reviewed the learning material, they did not pass the certification exam after four attempts. Their latest score was 49/100.

  The employee demonstrated some effort by asking a colleague for help, but the required goal remains unmet.
