the transmission model of communication can be identified as communication is the transfer of messages from a source to a receiver, using a channel and medium.there are five elements of transmission model of communication: information source; transmitter; channel; receiver; destination.information source means a message which is encoded for transmission. A transmitter means signals are adapted for transmission through the channel.A receiver means decodes the message from the signal.A destination means where the message arrives.for example: two people speaking on the telephone us a good example of transmission model of communication. Alex telephones Rihana tells her come to a meeting. His telephone transmitter encodes his voice as a signal through the channel of the telephone system to the phone receiver in Rihana’s office, where it is decoded and the message reaches its destination to Rihana. This also indicates the transmission model is a linear and straightforward and it moves only in one direction.

High power distance is is one in which power inequality is pronounced and common, and people accept that without question. Some people have power, while others don't; that's just the way it is. High power distance cultures tend to value things like tradition, which keeps society stable and prevent massive changes to power relations. They also tend to be very hierarchical, which means that people are ranked within society by strict roles. In a very hierarchical society, everybody knows their place.

High context communication can be identified as indirect, ambiguous, maintaining of harmony, reserved and understated. In contrast, Low context communication can be identified as direct, precise, dramatic, open and based on feelings or true intentions”. Moreover, in face to face communication, high context cultures prefer to use nonverbal strategies for conveying meanings. Such as gestures, body language, silence, proximity and symbolic behaviour. However, low context cultures prefer to use less physically animated, with the meaning depending on content and the spoken word. For example: Australia is a low-context country, Chinese is a high-context country, in a business negotiation，Chinese prefer to use eye contacts and body language to communicate, however, Australia managers prefer to use power point slides and spoken word to communicate.
