We are now at the scale up stage and continue to grow. Whilst we have qualitative and quantitative data/information used for impact reporting, we have just implemented a CRM system to aid in this. We would like to learn more creative ways to collate qualitative data from our service users as well as methods to collate quantitative/statistical data to use for funding reports, annual reports and in presentations.
