So far in the book a team of astronauts is on mars. While they are in the hab, a windstorm kicks up and threatens to destroy the hab and knock down the space ship. They are forced to leave the hab, and while they are outside a satellite from the rocket hits mark Watney. the rest of the crew is forced to leave him since they could not find him. When Mark wakes up he is surprised that he is not dead though he was impaled by the satellite. After many sols, mark is able to communicate with NASA using an old satellite that he picked up hundreds of kilometers away from the hab. But when all seems fine when mark is in the airlock disaster strikes. The hab depressurizes rapidly which sends the airlock flying. with a broken helmet all seems lost. Summary:

So far in the book Prom and Prejudice, Lizzie has made it to Longbourn. But, she realizes that she has a very different life compared to the people that go to this school, because they are rich and she is not. But she has a friend and meets a boy named Darcy. They kind of hate each other but always find themselves close to each other. At Longbourn prom is a huge thing, everyone wants to be prom king/queen. But Lizzie doesn't really want to go. Who would want to go if you don't have the money for a dress or can't get a date. That is what has happened so far in the book.

What i think will happen:

I think that Darcy will ask Lizzie on a date on the same day of the prom. I think they won't actually go to the prom because Lizzie said she isn't into that stuff, and Darcy said the same thing. He might take her to dinner he set up, or maybe a simple restaurant. Because Lizzie isn't into fancy, big things.

so far i am on page 44. so far the kids that are part of the test escaped the maze and got ''rescued'',but relay they just got taken to the second part of the trials. the kids get put in a big room with food and cloths which make the think they are safe. but when they wake up in the mooring they find dead bodies hanging from the ceiling. I think they are going to go into the scortch. I think this because there is a guy outside this window who says 'I am not athurized to give the infromation

Summary:
So far in the book there is a kid named Stanley Yelnats that was accused of stealing Clyde Livingston's shoes. They went to court and he got sent to Camp Green Lake. When he got there he had to start digging holes and he hated it. He had to room with other kids that did bad stuff too. They said if they find anything report it and Stanley found a bullet. The other kids made him give it to someone else and that kid got the day off and more shower time. The next day the dug pathways to find more but Stanley knew they were digging in the wrong area. Then one of the kids that he is rooming with named Zero was asking if Stanley could teach him letters, how to talk, and spell if Zero helped him with the holes. He agreed and now Stanley is teaching Zero and Zero is helping him dig. That is where I left off.

Currently, I am at pg. 304, the part when Charlotte, the young girl, accidentally had her picture taken at school, which was then uploaded online - there are strict rules against this in Witness Protection!

I think that Charlotte's family will be compromised and the people that they are "hiding" from will be able to discover their location.

Summary: Mrs.Starch is a very disliked teacher at Truman and she gets in an argument with Duane making Duane angry and him leaving class early. The next day Nick and Marta have a field trip to the swamp and Duane doesn't show up. During the trip as the students were in the swamp, a fire breaks out causing the students to flee the swam and go back to the buses. Mrs.Starch has to go back into the swamp for a lost inhaler from a student and she never comes back to the buses. Mrs.Starch is considered missing and the police look for her. It is later learned that the fire was not a wildfire and done on purpose. The police learn about Duane's past and how he has been in trouble before with starting fires.
What i think will happen: I think the police will find Mrs.Starch and Duane and figure out about what happened with the fire.

Summary:
The last part I left off, Peak and Sun-jo were being driven off the mountain in a pick-up truck driven by Zopa. When I continued, I found that Peak was actually being sent to a different trail where he would continue climbing the mountain. They were sent there so that they could stay hidden from the Chinese government while they climbed to the summit. On the climb, they had to climb through seemingly impossible areas and faced many dangerous obstacles. When I stopped reading, the group was at Camp Six and had just made it into the Death Zone of Mt. Everest.

Prediction:
I think that both Peak and Sun-jo will make it to and back from the summit, but Zopa will most likely die near or at the summit.

Piper floated at birth and because of this, Piper's mother, Betty McCloud, decided to home school her because Betty knew if anyone found out, they would become terrified forever. Betty's claim eventually was proven to be true one day when Piper was at a local picnic and decided to participate in the kids only baseball game. During the end of the game, Piper got sick of being told she couldn't play because she was so bad, so when Billy Bob hit a fly ball, Piper darted for it and started flying! Everyone was in shock and quickly left the field. The next morning, an expert for kids with special abilities showed up at the house and flew Piper somewhere far so she could get a new schooling experience and learn new things. Everyone was mean when she first arrived but one, Bella, the most positive person you will ever meet. But there is always that one bully, Conrad, who wanted to destroy Bella's science project because he was mad and wanted to take out his anger on her. Bella looked for the positive and became happy again making Conrad even more angry, and escorting Bella to Hellion's office to " give" a flower.

What I Think will Happen: Conrad threw a paper airplane to destroy Bella's project and the paper had a really mean note on it for Piper. I think Conrad will destroy Piper somehow and get her to go back home or bully her a lot. I don't think Conrad will succeed however becayse Piper is a very strong girl. Summary- Laura Jean and Peter were pretending to be a couple. Then they grew feelings so they started to day for real. But, someone wanted to humiliate them and make something small seem like it was something big. A video was posted by an anonyms user on Instagram of them. But, of course everyone teased them about it. Laura Jean was hysterical! She was beyond mad. Peter lied and threatened the user and made him/her take it down. Laura Jean is 100% sure her ex-bff Gen did this. Peter and Laura Jean's relationship goes downhill because of her acclamation towards Gen.

Prediction: I think that Laura Jean and Peter are going to get into a fight and break up. Then, Peter is going to have Gen's back. I think that Everyone will find out that Gen did it and Peter will feel bad. In result, Laura Jean will be crushed.

When chase was released when he came home many of his family was there to welcome him home. But after they left Chase decided to get some rest. Now the book takes place with someone else. Joel he was bullied by chase and his friends and the principal never did anything about it so Joel's family decided to send Joel to boarding school. When Chase gets back to school he doesn't remember anyone. One afternoon some kid named Brenden Espinoza needed help with a youtube video but since chase doesn't remember him he doesn't that he also used to pick on him. After that they go to a car wash and make the video so Chase films and Brenden rides a tricycle through the wash and then they hang at Brenden's house and edit the video.

When she was done working, her boyfriend, Luke, picked her up and then dropped her off at Asha's house. The only two people attending the birthday party were Skye and her other best friend, Emma. The three girls hung out for a while. A little while later, they went to open gifts. Emma got Asha a beanie, but also some childish pajamas as a joke. The girls all laugh, but then Asha says she won't put it on and tells Emma to put it on. When Emma told her no, Asha told her that she has to because it is her birthday. They argue for a bit, and then Skye says she would put it on so they would stop arguing. Skye puts it on and the three girls are all laughing together, until Skye realizes that Asha is recording her. Skye tells Asha to delete it but Asha says she can't because she posted it on ChitChat. ChitChat is an app that everyone is using, where you can post things to it and comment anonymously. The other twist to this app is that you can't delete the posts you upload until 15 minutes after it is posted. Skye gets really mad and when Emma and Asha go outside to play in the snow, Skye stays inside. She waits 15 minutes until Asha can finally delete the video.

She opened the door and she sees a whole different world, and she goes into the world. Inside is like a very big city. Then Mr.Locke comes looking for her and she finds him, he does not believe her about the door, and for some reason the next time she opens the door the world is gone. A few years later she gets a dog and names him bad.

Mattie works as a waitress with her best friend Polly. That morning, Polly was late to work and Mattie's mom is very angry (as usual). She goes to find Polly and tells Mattie to tend the garden. Mattie started talking to Eliza before going to the garden, and Eliza tells her that there has been rumors of an illness going around. But Mattie knew that rumors were just rumors. Mattie worked the whole morning with just her and Eliza. Finally, late in the afternoon her mother walks through the door. However Polly wasn't with her. Mattie was frustrated and asked her mother where Polly was. However her mother replied that Polly had died that morning. Mattie couldn't believe it, after all Polly had just been working with her last week. However, Mattie had to work still. Mattie started serving some men again and overheard a doctor talking. He said that he had seen a little girl die a few days ago and that there was a new disease in the air, Yellow Fever. Mattie knew that that must have been what Polly got. A week later 64 people had died from the disease. People were leaving town to the country to escape the disease. Mattie had been begging her mother to let her go to the market for a long time. One day her grandfather finally convinced her mother to let her go.

What I think will happen: I think that after Mattie goes to the market she will get the fever or I think that her mother might get it since her mother always go to the market instead of her.

This book takes place in Panem which is essentially North America after the other countries were destroyed. Panem is split into 12 districts and The Capitol. The main character, Katniss Everdeen, lives in District 12, the poorest district, with her mother and sister Prim. Since the districts rebelled against The Capitol in a war, The Capitol made The Hunger Games where a man and women between the ages of 12-18 are chosen randomly from each district to compete in The Hunger Games. Inside the Hunger Games you have to survive and kill other tributes to be the last one standing. On the day of the reaping(choosing of tributes) Katniss's sister, Prim who was 12, had been chosen for the games. That is when Katniss volunteered as tribute in her place. The man chosen was Peeta a 16 year old boy. They hop on a train and go off to The Capitol. On the train they meet their mentor Haymitch. When at The Capitol, they get dressed for the parade. they are both in costumes that are on fire and the crowd is loving them.

Prediction: I think Katniss and Peeta will do good in training.

He went into the woods with one of his few friends named Jack will. When they were in the woods a few 7th graders came up to Auggie and Jack. They started to make fun of Auggie. At first they just used words but then they began to fight. Until a few kids who usally make fun of Auggie help fight the bullies. Auggie in the end got away but lost his expensive hearing aids. When Auggie gets home he gets a new cute puppy.

Prediction: I think that Auggie will do something that makes all the kids like him. All the kids realize he is an amazing person, and doesn't deserve to get made fun of.

This book is the second book in the A Wrinkle in Time series. Meg Murry and her family are extreamly smart and clever. Meg Murry's little brother Charles Wallace gets very sick. Though before this he was seeing dragons and a man. The creature says that he is a teacher. Then the dragons were reveled to be a cherubim named Proginoskes (Progo) who is rude and arrogant. The teacher came looking for there help and to help them heal Charles Wallace. This causes Meg and her and Charles Wallaces' friend Calvin to be given assignments. Though they do not know exactly what the assignments are they know the importance of completing them. They then go to bed knowing that they will mostly likely be going on an adventure very soon.
