         <description><![CDATA[<div>there was a man in flordia that it took if six hours to die after being shot up with lethal injection, and this could be considered as cruel and unusual punishment seeing how it took him such a long and painful death, so the point of this is that this amendment states that there should be less harmful and unusual punishments such as something that could kill faster, or simply something like a speeding ticket with an over excessive price would also be considered as cruel and unusual.</div>]]></description>
