Global warming has been hightened by Ecological/ Environmental Globalization. Ecological Globalization has caused an increase in greenhouse gas emissions, ocean acidification, and many other issues. With the increase of greenhouse gas emissions the ozone layer experiences what is called the "greenhouse effect" which causes our natural sunblock (the ozone layer) to deplete. With less the deleption of the ozone layer earth is more exposed to heat.

There are some who believe that global warming is a hoax and a political scam, while others are terrified by global warming and want to do their part to stop it. Some view the idea of sustainability as something that is detrimental to the economy and the immediate financial gain a company gets. Sustainability to others means that we are trying to create a symbiotic relationship with the Earth.
