  • Gently alerting us when we’ve missed the deadline…by two months
  • Gently suggesting that we consider an alternative that might offend fewer folks
  • Gently reminding us that ‘cc’ is not a dirty acronym, and could be used more frequently…especially when we’ve just volunteered your services to a third party without asking
  • And gently hinting that to piss off the Chair is poor form, but to piss off Lisa is simply suicidal…(-;
But most of all, for your openness, your honesty, your commitment, your good humour…and for always being there!
