Upon reading, analyzing and discussing Maggie Gee’s short story “The Artist”, put yourself in Boris’ shoes and discharge your feeling of resentment in an eloquent form of letter addressed to Emma. Note that this letter will not only be a tool for him to voice his ideas/ emotions about what it means to be a migrant subject but also serve as an elaboration for us to understand and contextualize the title “The Artist”.

 

In composing this letter of about 100-150 words, please make sure that you use at least one exclamatory, one declarative and one interrogative sentence. You should also include sentences formed in the future perfect and future continuous tenses as well as past perfect and past continuous.
