This episode of "This American Life" is about people with various physical and mental challenges. "Today on our program, stories of people who were told that they're different: some who were comfortable with that, some who did not understand it, some who understood it and did not like it." The intro is about children realizing they've been placed in special education classroom, and Act 3 is about teaching youth with Autism. This is a transcript for quick reading, but the audio is available if desired. While it is an older episode, I think you will find connections to teaching in today's world: https://www.thisamericanlife.org/radio-archives/episode/207/transcript

Here is a Tedx Talk on re-framing disability in today's education system. Like Jamie's post, this video also discusses how to include children with Autism in education settings, but the talk is designed to apply to a variety of ability types that one might encounter as a teacher.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtRY_1mZWWg
