alysar- Our society often associate men with power. Its a response that has become an answer due to stereotyping. In our society, people think that men are superior and are considered stronger than women or those rich and more powerful then the poor. They believe girls cant do what men do and if they can it wont be as good. This negative way of thinking by adults has concluded in younger children following the stereotypes of gender and inequality. I myself associate my parents with power. Maybe not physical power but mentally. They think brightly and learn from situations to make them more powerful. Majority of our society doesnt think like this and think of it as men vs women.
