         <description><![CDATA[<p>The most common chronic diseases that most people may suffer from in their older years or throughout their life is usually Heart Disease (which strikes the heart with is menacing feel), Stroke (which strikes your brain with no blood flow), Lung cancer (A cancer caused by the damage of lung DNA), Arthritis (makes your bone joints feel pain), Type 2 diabetes (the body doesn't really process sugar well), Colorectal Cancer (stuff like blood in your stool, pain in your abdomen, etc)</p>]]></description>

         <title>The Modifiable and Non-Modifiable Risk Factors of Chronic Diseases</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Most common risk factors that are modifiable include Tobacco use, Physical inactivity (like no exercise or not touching grass), Poor nutritional choices (which we've discussed before), alcohol use, high cholesterol and high blood pressure, an overall health (most things at least). The most common risk factors that are non-modifiable include Increasing Age, Genetics, Sex (the gender kind), Family health history (which is in line with Genetics).</p>]]></description>
