Based on the second picture, a group of people helps each other to build and complete a jigsaw puzzle. We can say that with teamwork we can complete our tasks easier and faster than doing it on your own. Everything will be accomplished or completed with unity. Accepting help from others lets the task be done easier and done quicker.
If there's unity, there is a better result.

This picture is all about the life cycle of plants, it represents us humans getting old. It's like reminding us that growing takes time. plants are also dependent to each other, like us humans. It also shows that little by little we grow and we get more matured and we know how to be organized, and it helps us being independent.
