The unfiltered blood flows through arteries until it reaches a group of capillaries (blood vessels) in a nephron. In the group, urea, excess water, glucose, ect., get filtered out and get moved to a capsule outside of the group. The needed materials that accidentally got removed get reabsorbed. The materials that stay in the tube get turned into urea and eventually get urinated out of the body.
