Unsatisfactory Issues:

During the 12-week Public Speaking course with Ms. Khánh, one of the challenges was managing speaking anxiety. Some students might have needed more personalized feedback to improve their confidence. Additionally, more practice time for impromptu speaking could have been helpful.

What I Like the Most:

Ms. Khánh created a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Her teaching methods were engaging, and she provided constructive feedback that helped students improve their public speaking skills. The interactive activities and real-life speech practice were especially valuable.

Throughout the 12 weeks of studying with you, I found the experience very enjoyable and learned a lot of useful things from your lessons. The way you deliver the content to us is engaging and captivating. Studying with you truly allowed me to learn through the “learning by doing” approach. I hope that in future courses, I will have the chance to register for your class again. 🫶🏻

There are two observations of mine. One is positive and the other is negative.

The positive one is that Mrs. Khánh’s teaching style is professional while she also has various methods to examine the students' understanding. Similarly, this solution of hers does not make the students illusory of their scores.
The negative point is her principles are strict.
