         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Press Freedom - our universal right to expression our opinions, and our universal right to have access to essential information.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>Journalism as a force of good, as a voice and guide of the public.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>The chaotic relationship between journalists and politicians, media and democracy, (this includes aspects such as the interactions between journalists and politicians, how journalists aid democracy, how politicians and democracy use the media/are portrayed in the media, still thinking about this part of my idea) and then make comparisons between how it is in the UK and the US.(This is one of the ideas I think I want to develop further)</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>This idea relates to an article I saw about why people are more drawn to negative news rather than positive news, and why 'bad' news seems to dominate the headlines and why we need more positive news stories as well to keep the balance, and how the shifting balance of positive and negative news effects the public in various different ways etc. (I like this idea as well).</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>The public’s right to know, why are key authorities intent on keeping the public ignorant and the media silent?</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
