Ex. The mothers. The get a question sheet to fill out. Then the experts from one group meet with other experts groups (one from each) (making new groups) they exchange info - (have a sheet with questions where the other experts have info they can plot in) go back to their homegroup with new cultural knowledge. 

In CL groups - each group has a big sheet of paper on their table with a drawing of “the onion” .. areas of culture. Here they plot in what they have learned about in the different categories. One at a time so all get to be active.

I have a comment though on the Sikh.. is the text easy enough ? Otherwise it is maybe better to rewrite it or work on the words that are difficult.
