전 여러가지 일들로 집착이 있어서 계속 혼자서 말씀을하고, 부모님께 무례하게 대하고, 다른 사람 눈길을 주고, 손가락 관절을 뚝뚝 꺾고하고, 말씀을 하면 안해도 되는 말씀을 해서 다른 사람이 제 말씀을 들었을때 의심스러운 눈초리로 보며 대해서 마음이 언짢았는데 지금은 부모님께 어디 가자고 재촉은 많이해도 부모님이 뭘 시키시면 바로하고, 집안일도 도와주며 음식을 사주고, 배달 음식을 시켜주고, 밥을 사주시면 감사합니다, 잘 먹겠습니다, 뿌듯해요로 말씀을 집중해서 표현을 해서 괜찮아요. ㅎㅎㅎ

전 2022학년도 고등학교 1학년때 학반은 4반 이었는데 예전에 1년을 생활하며 여러가지 각종 사건 사고들도 많이 있었지만 다른 사람과는 다 안걸리고 융이 혼자만 하며 솔직하게 말씀을 잘 드리고, 공부를 열심히하며 웃는 감정표현을 확실하게 하는데 다만, 수업에 더 집중하고, 움직임을 최소로하고, 결과에 되게보다 연연해 하지않고 항상 잘할수 있다는 자신감을 가지며 최선을 다해서 중간고사, 기말고사, 학력평가, 수능 시험을 잘 보도록 합시다. ㅋ

At first, I thought that 'Racism' existed only in foreign countries. However, when I heard the news of foreign workers working in Korea and various articles, I found out there was a lot of racism in Korea. I feel very sad when hearing about workers who are not paid reaosonable wage because they are foreigners. Their skin color and wages are irrelevant, so I hope they receive fair treatment and wages without discrimination.

Effort for Conservation of the Environment in Sweden

Sweden is one of the famous countries for recycling. In Sweden, 99% of waste from household is recycled or is used for energy after they are burned. The Swedish government carries out various influential policies for this purpose.
First, there is the Circular Economy Initiative. According to KORA, it is a sustainable economic system that fundamentally reduces resource usage and waste production in all stages of production, distribution, consumption, recycling, and waste reuse. This is in contrast to the previous economic system that managed resources through the process of production, distribution, and disposal. In Sweden, there are nationwide recycling stations located within 300m of all residences to separate waste. When Swedish citizens use this recycling machine, they can receive a discount voucher.
Secondly, Sweden follows the principle of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). Before, producers were responsible for selling products with easy recyclability. But now, their responsibility has been extended to include waste retrieval and recycling.
Finally, the Swedish government is trying to raise citizen awareness. For example, there is a national holiday when children gather and pick up trash.

This ongoing series looks at mass phenomena that occur on a global scale. Similarly to the first Running the Numbers series, each image portrays a specific quantity of something: the number of tuna fished from the world's oceans every fifteen minutes, for example. But this time the statistics are global in scale, rather than specifically American.

Finding meaning in global mass phenomena can be difficult because the phenomena themselves are invisible, spread across the earth in millions of separate places. There is no Mount Everest of waste that we can make a pilgrimage to and behold the sobering aggregate of our discarded stuff, seeing and feeling it viscerally with our senses.

Instead, we are stuck with trying to comprehend the gravity of these phenomena through the anaesthetizing and emotionally barren language of statistics. Sociologists tell us that the human mind cannot meaningfully grasp numbers higher than a few thousand; yet every day we read of mass phenomena characterized by numbers in the millions, billions, even trillions.

Compounding this challenge is our sense of insignificance as individuals in a world of 6.7 billion people. And if we fully open ourselves to the horrors of our times, we also risk becoming overwhelmed, panicked, or emotionally paralyzed.

I believe it is worth connecting with these issues and allowing them to matter to us personally, despite the complex mixtures of anger, fear, grief, and rage that this process can entail. Perhaps these uncomfortable feelings can become part of what connects us, serving as fuel for courageous individual and collective action as citizens of a new kind of global community. This hope continues to motivate my work.
