What I can suggest is to practice this questions, maybe doing a list on what you think are your weaknesses and also your strengths because all weaknesses we can face them just using our strengths. it is very important you recognize them.
for example I am perfectionist in the work I do, it make me feel sometimes ......

To be honest, I struggle to value my work,. Therefore, I tend to devalue it and not ask for a fair share when it comes to it because I assume i might not get the job.
