-Cross-curricular activities are happening, though maybe not as often or successfully as they could be
-Have administrators who support wacky ideas:)
-Wish we had more relaxation/creativity time during in-services (less pressure but still planned)
-Force departments to not eat lunch together! (encourage more usage of faculty dining room)

-Mix of intrinsic and extrinsic motivators to encourage more participation in creative activities/endeavors/stuff
