With the variety of sports and activities that our school offers, such as Badminton, Volleyball and much more, it gives teenagers alot of options so that they can choose based on their interests.

Our school also provides options other than sports, such as art and crafts, making guitars from scratch and much more! those are really good to have access to because not everyone is into sports,

I think our school is close from perfect when talking about extracurricular activities.

we've had a Badminton team for almost 25 years and even thought the team changes each year, the average amount of players per year is around 20 teenagers.

every year, the badminton league host's 5 tournaments, one of them being the regional competition, an event where between 250 and 400 athletes play up against different catégories of age and gender to know who is the best athlete of the categorie that lives in the region.

Ever since the beginning of this trend, they created new Tiktok accounts and they named them "Expo.Littoral". After that, the accounts were done, they posted videos about some students in the school. Those exposes were either gentle or really harsh towards those students.

For example, they can expose someone for being the ugliest person in the school or the most popular one. We don't really know who published those expose but we think that they made it for fun and that they don't know how bad it can affect someone's mental health.

The point is that if you see a expose account anywhere on the internet, don't hesitate to report it on the social media that you've saw it on and report it to the school board too

For someone who's tried eating there several times, I can confidently say that the food on the menu is absolutely immaculate. Every flavor of every dish he offers are so nicely put together. Honestly, if I had the chance to, I would eat there everyday of the year.

Also if you want to talk about the prices, they aren't even that bad! They're not cheap without being unaffordable. A meal for one cost between 15 and 25$ which is pretty average for this time and age.

But something bothers me about Chez Lewis, it's not that popular. I mean, for how good the food is, I think the restaurant deserves to always be full of customers, but weirdly, he doesn't get alot of customers per day. He averages about 6-8 customers a day which is really frustrating because I think he has the potential to rank up 30 to even 45 customers each day if not more.

He offers unhealthy and healthy food, he changes up his dish to adapt to vegans and vegetarians. But even with the changes he has to make, he manages to make each and every one of his meals to die for!

We need to support all the new local businesses, espacially places like Chez Lewis, he deserves all the attention in the world!

One thing I should mention is how cozy the place looks! Its a place I would definitely bring a date to!

After interrogating a couple of basketball players, most of the players told us that they don't have a team because they have an unsufficent amount of players in their team, and some of them said that it was because some players were troublemakers, and the coach already suspended the basketball lessons for two weeks because of them.

The point is that if you are a student and you love basketball, don't hesitate to join the gang so we could get a team. They severely need new members and if you don't know what to do to join the crew, you could talk to Danny Theriault. He's the coach and he will give you every informations that you'll need to join the crew.

My opinion about this powerful innovation is that I think AI is very helpful and useful because it can process a lot of data simultaneously, which humans cannot do. AI is beneficial in many domains, such as science, medicine, and so much more . 

However, I understand why people have certain worries because artificial intelligence is evolving at a speed that humans can't anticipate. The future of AI and other programs getting developed is unknown to human kind.

To start, we'll need some ingredients, we'll need.

-Fettuccine pasta

-1/4 cup of butter

-3/4 cup of heavy cream

-1 cup of parmesan cheese

-1 cup of italiano cheese mix

-1 cup of tex mex cheese mix

-Salt and pepper

-Garlic and onion powder

-Parsley

-Parmesan and herbs seasoning

-Paprika

-Olive oil

-Bacon bits (optional)

-A chicken breast (optional)

How to make:

We're going to start by cooking our pasta,( don't forget to salt the water!). Once the pasta's done, strain the noodles and put them to the side.

While the pasta's boiling, nicely season your fresh chicken breast with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and the paprika.

In a large pot, add the butter and the heavy cream. Mix until everything is combined. Slowly add your mix of three cheese. Then continue mixing on medium low heat until the sauce gets thicker. Add the bacon bits and the following seasoning: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, parmesan and herbs seasoning and the parsley. Once at your prefered thickness, add your cooked pasta and mix until all the pasta is evenly coated. Put the pot on the side.

To cook the chicken, put both oil and butter in a pan on medium high heat and cook on both sides until your chicken has a golden crust. Once the chicken is almost fully cooked, lower the heat to medium low heat and use a spoon to baste the chicken in the oil and butter. Once it is done, let it cool of a little bit on a cutting board at room temperature. Cut it up and put it on top of your pasta.

There you go! A easy and delicious Fettucine chicken alfredo!

During his performance, Kendrick was doing a great show but suddenly in the middle of his show, he says "I want to play their favorite song... but you know they love to sue". That sentence is linked to the false factual allegations that were directed towards the singer Drake. When the crowd heard it, they screamed but kendrick didn't play the song.

During his show he was in a dilemma if he should play it or not but at the end, he decided to give the audience what they wanted and he played the song. In the song, he looked directly at the camera and he talked about Drake false accusation. Knowing that Drake was in the crowd, he smiled while saying it. After that event, everyone posted the humiliation on the internet.

At this moment, Drake didn't responded to kendrick and everyone's waiting to see the answer !

Firstly, these drones are positivily useful, for example if theres a terrorist attack, the drones could neutralized the enemies whithout losing any soldiers, so i think this technology is really good for their country.

Secondly, the problem is that it is really destructive, and if it gets in the wrong hands, it could easily decimate an entire poulation, or it could be used to menace little countries to get their ressources. So finally I think it should be used just in extreme condition like wars or terrorist attack.

Why this war ?

Russia thinks Ukraine belongs to them, because when Russia wasn't yet the country that it became, it was a member of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (U.S.S.R.). Ukraine was also a member of the U.S.S.R. and after the downfall of the berlin wall in 1989, the U.S.S.R. was destroyed. but why did Russia think to do that? It's because the capital of the U.S.S.R. was Moscow and Russia claimed that it's their territory before the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, but this affirmation was false. Another reason for the Russian invasion is the natural ressources that Ukraine has. Natural ressources that Russia desparitly wants.

The absolute beast of a movie is about Cooper, an ex-NASA pilot becoming a farmer. The main plot is about his daughter, Murphy, witnessing some weird things going on with her library, her books being moved to form words like STAY and REST, and alot more. The dad and murphy went to an old NASA site they'd like to visit, but when they got spotted, Cooper got put into a room were the dad was recruited to be the captain of Endurance, a spaceship built to find some missing people from the company's last mission. The NASA made Endurance go throught a worm hole located on saturn. Their duty was to examine the habitability of certain outside planets. But while going into the worm hole, things didn't go as plannedand they found out that they were stuck on the other side of the universe all by themselves. The three planets they wanted to explore were located in the solar system but the star being a black hole over there and things end up being 10 times worse.

The movie is an astonishing 3h long with the movie being entertaining the way through. Interstellar has one of the best plot twist I've ever seen in my life, the movie is so sad that I almost cried watching it! I've yet to see any other movies that are even close to surpassing it when talking about quality, song choices, plot twists, acting and even the way the movie is structured.

But the student parliament and myself ask this question: Why? Why won't more people use this opportunity to have fun with their friends?

Well, I have my theory. You see, first, some people believe that "Activities" mean "Vacation" in this school, which, let's be honest, isn't really the truth at all. Secondly, some people find the activities that are organized by the school quite boring. I heard from the students parliament that it is Gab that really restricts the activities choices and possibilities, due to the teacher's disponibility and the budget. But I think that it is really sad that there are so many opportunities available and that they are not used for an event, and I don't blame anyone. I just think that instead of repeting old activities, we should innovate. I think this is the solution to our problem. Innovating. For more enjoyables activities. This is my opinion.

The first rapper in the world was Coke La Rock, he is a Bronx native. Later, the rap became popular in 1979 and today, rap music is still in the top 10 of the most listened genre of music.

Personally, I think that rap music is one of the best type of music to listen to because, this type of music is not only a song for me, it is a story because the lyrics express thoughts and opinions on a variety of topics and these topics are generally about justice, politics and personal experiences. These subjects can help to know more.

Sometime, the lyrics can talk about a situation that you're in and sometime, listening to it can help you feel better. I recommand rappers like Enima, Freeze Corleon and Central Cee. I recommand these rappers if you want to start listening to rap.

When you're handed the laptop, you'll also receive a contract that you and your parents will have to sign. It entails that if the laptop is broken or stolen, you'll have to pay the school about a 1000$ to pay off the damage done. Even though I think the idea is necessary, it scares me and the other students because we can't bring our laptops home. We have to keep them in this thing in the school that everyone has access to. It scares me because I personnaly can't afford to pay that much money and if while a student is transporting it to his class, he breaks mine one way or another, I'll have to pay. Wouldn't it just be easier to let the students bring their laptops home and for it to be their own burden? I don't even think they benefit from doing it the way they do. Wouldn't it be so much easier and safer to just let students managa the laptop they signed a contract for?

It is named Gran Turismo, there are a few Gran Turismo games but the latest one is the best, its a game about car racing, the fun things about it is that you can customize everything for the type of race you like the most, for example, if you're a drag type racer, you could take a Dodge and install a nitrous in it, so it can go really fast. Another cool point is that behind the car customization, theres a long story about you, a rising pilot. All the way into the story, you are driving a better and better car like Ferrari or Porsche.

Finally, I recommend this game, if im ignoring the price, its one of my favorite video game.

Alot of people take your beauty for granted, it should be considered a privilege, to be able to read your message, whilst being empty-handed.

Forest are located everywhere, none of them are even close to being ugly, they can be found anywhere, with all of them being pretty.

Nature's so interesting, its been here since the beginning, so many secrets are hidden in it, it deserves alot more than a little bit.

An infinite void is above our head, mostly empty, it never stops to spread, but every inch still being pretty.

The cosmos is filled with different colors, going from blue to red, it has a beautiful structure and with every combination being incredible everyone said.

It is so enormous that astronauts failed to explore only a fraction of its inside, it is truly fabulous, how space can be this pretty on this side.

The universe is a work of art, it is so complex, it is truly in my heart, how it is a giant vortex.

The USA's government made the CEO of Tiktok, Shou zi Chew, go to the Supreme Court. They wanted to take Tiktok down for numerous reasons. For a couple of weeks, The CEO had to go to court twice a week.

Even though, in the end, he won the case, they banned the app for only a day and we learned that some people were suing Tiktok for different reasons.

The senetors and the juges, to win the case, tried to bring the Chinese communist party in the debate, but they still failed.

Donald Trump took over and even after all of that, The court is going to restart on april 5th and even though it won't affect us in Canada, it will, if they can get it banned, make the USA's citizens very angry.

1- Physical activities. Yes, physical activities can help fight our stress. It is an efficient natural stress reliever, bringing happiness hormones into your body, and thus, making you less stressed!

2- Try meditation. Yes, meditation is a classical way of dealing with stress. It helps clear the mind and remove any stressful thoughts that you may have!

3- Helping others. In fact, helping peoples is a great and productive way of stress relieving. While helping others, you'll feel great about yourself and, in a chain of events, feel less stressed.

4- Laughing more. As weird as it seems, laughing is one of the best ways to deal and combat stress. It is even proved by medicine that it combats stress efficiently, and it is even used as a pain reliever. So when your friend cracks a bad joke, laugh would you?

5- Have healthy habits. Yes, waking up at 1 PM and eating fast food all day seems tempting, but it increases your stress. Try having good life habits, like eating healthy and working out. Trust me, it helps!

Today, I will show you one of them, it surrely happened to you that your boiling water went crazy and jumped out of your casserole, you are probably thinking that the only way to stop that, is to lower the temperature of the furnaces, it works, but it is kinda long, so, next time, try this trick. When your water is over boiling, just drop an ice cube in it and the bubbles will be gone in a second, it will just return to the good temperature with the thermal choc. I swear that it works perfectly and it is free to try.

Everybody knows what is a Rubik's cube, but only a few percent know how to solve it and what is it really.

But what is a Rubik's cube ? A Rubik's cube is a tridimentional puzzle with 6 colors, one per side. The cube has three differents kinds of pieces : the center piece, the edges and the corners.The centers pieces are the base of the cube, that piece can't move whatever turn you do on the cube this piece just won't move. The edges are the pieces in between two center pieces, this piece has two different colors. And the corners are located between three edge pieces , this piece has three different colors.

In case you guys are not familiar with it, this story is about a young girl in a red hood who wants to deliver cookies to her grandmother. Unfortunately, when she arrives at her grandmother's house she finds that her grandmother is no longer there and has been eaten by the wolf. At first, Little Red Riding Hood doesn't notice because the wolf has disguised himself as her grandmother, and she falls into his trap. During their conversation, Little Red Riding Hood starts to notice strange things, like her grandmother deep voice and big ears. When the wolf is about to eat her, a hunter enters the room and kills the wolf with his rifle. This is the traditional version of Little Red Riding Hood, but now I’m going to introduce you to some other versions of the story.

First, there a version written by Christopher Coady, in which Little Red Riding Hood is also eaten by the werewolf. There is another version where the character of Little Red Riding Hood is actually a wolf who gets hunted by humans. My personal favorite is the one where both characters are eaten by the werewolf because I enjoy bad endings. There are many other versions that I didn’t introduce, so feel free to explore them on your own!

However, a lot of bad things happen during this event, and sometimes the police doesn't seem to care about it. At this party, there are many kids who hang out with their friends, and some even drink alcohol. The event is often dangerous for kids because there are many people with bad intentions, and some try to put drugs in the drinks of girls or kids to make them feel unwell and to kidnap them. Some people even bring syringes and inject the drugs in peoples arms directly.

As someone who has participated in this event before, I think it's pretty cool, but the security should be more involved in their duties, and they should have a bigger security personel at the event. If they do so maybe everyone could enjoy the event with no problems !
