         <description><![CDATA[<div>A good nutrition can help prevent disease and promote health. Consumption of important fruits and vegetables ensures lower level of mortality and reduces various degenerative  diseases. Nutrition is deemed functional on conditional that it beneficially influences various body functions. Health is a person's mental or physical condition it is important to have a good health to prevent any kind of disease. Drinking alcohol is largely featured by general tolerance for alcohol with periodically increasing amounts to achieve the same degree of satisfaction. Alcohol addiction is mostly featured by phycological and physical dependence on daily basis. The need of alcohol is present when a person craves alcohol and cannot limit actual amounts or whenever a drinker enlarges alcohol consumption to feel high. Healthy diet and exercise is the key to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Diet just means eating healthy, lower calorie meals. Cleaning the house, making the bed, shopping, mowing and gardening are all forms of physical activity. Exercise, on the other hand, is a structured and repetitive form of physical activity that you do on a regular basis.
