Many of the dynasties soldiers, men, and slaves were forced to work on the wall. Through the making of the wall they set up camps and a way of  transportation to get food to the people. When they started they were faced with the challenges of war and death. They were killed or wounded by intruders. Emperor Qin was Legalist which means he believed in harsh punishments for breaking the law. This really influenced the way he ruled because through legalism he had changed the system of feudalism in China to a government that he controlled. He had changed the Currency in China by making one coin with a hole through the middle the only coin in china that you could use. He changed the Government in China by making the language to 9,000 approved characters. In the end Emperor Qin was afraid to die that he had spent the last days looking for a potion that would grant him with immortality. Farmers were at a well when they reached something at the bottom. They had discovered the terracotta warriors. The Terracotta warriors were warriors that were sculpted individually out of terracotta. The Emperor had them made for whatever was to come in the afterlife. It took many years to get the facial expressions alike to many of the warriors. People who have been there say that not one of the terracotta warriors had the same facial expression.
