The technology available from this system will ensure  accuracy and improve treatment. I think that the pro's outweigh the con's. My opinion is backed up by the FDA Advisory Committee, who voted 8-0 that the benefits outweigh the risks. I assembled this team based on their strengths because the change in equipment being used by our patients requires their strengths to ensure this process is smooth.

Isabelle's strength of being an Includer ensures that we will see all sides of this proposed change, because she will encourage each voice to be heard on our team.

Carter's strength of Communication will be a huge asset when it comes to explaining this new innovation not only to the board for approval, but to nurses, doctors, and most importantly the patients who will be using this new technology. His presentation skills will be vital in this effort.

Pablo has the Positivity we need to drive the change we are proposing. He will be able to present with enthusiasm and get other excited about this new technology.

Louis, our Learner, will cover all of the legwork when it comes to data, research, and the facts needed to convince our team that not only is this an excellent product, but it is evidence-based and will improve the health of our clients. 

William, who's strength is Winning Others Over, is the glue for our team.
