Sharing, listening, and being understanding of different beliefs and characteristics that make each student who they are, which is one's unique self. Contributing to students to make them aware of who they are and building their confidence so they feel strong about their culture and want to speak up for their beliefs. Students also need to learn the importance of incorporating their culture by building on from their daily life, experiences, and background knowledge to what they learn in the classroom and the interactions they have with their peers.

Three different areas where we can incorporate these strategies are assessments, course content, and methodology. We have to review and analyze all readings, videos, or other content to make sure it is not biased and is culturally respectful for everyone in the classroom and properly reflects all the students' diversity. In methodology, this means everything is meaningful for the students, meets their needs, and collaboration is invited. Assessment should not only be tests but different ways to test and share their knowldge through homework, class questions, group discussions, and stakes quizes. Midterms and finals should not be the only form where students are able to recieve grade points.
