         <title>Gemini 5</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Gemini 5 was the third crewed Gemini flight. The launch was set on August 26 1965 and landed August 29th. This flight broke Gemini 4's previous record in only 8 days. Gemini 4's goal was to land on the moon and then return to earth. The pilots for this mission were L. Gordon Cooper Jr. and Charles Conrad Jr.. During this mission the crew were able to take high resolution pictures but were cut short on other experiments due to problems with fuel cells and the maneuvering system. This flight went well for the most part except for a small time during take off, the strong vibrations caused impairment of speech and vision due to improper gas levels in the rocket. This mission seemed to help with knowing what things to adjust in the next launch. This was the first NASA mission to have a Insignia patch, which is a cloth patch worn by the astronauts who were part of the mission. </div>]]></description>

         <title>What is the Mars Rover powered by</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Mars Rover's power system uses a dependable flow of electricity using the heat of plutonium's radioactive decay as fuel. The power system is called "Multi-Mission Radioisotope Thermometric Generator" or MMRTG. This converts heat from natural radioactive decay of plutonium into electricity.          <title>James Webb</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The James Webb telescope is going farther than any telescope we put in space has before. I think it will most likely discover more galaxies, stats, planets and hopefully things that can answer questions we have. I think it would be cool if we could find something really interesting that we've never seen before but that is not really up to us. The video talks about the cost of this entire telescope and in the beginning it was already 10 million dollars. They are using expensive resources to build it including gold and a large amount of it. The temperature of this telescope is really important and specific parts have to be 7 kelvin in order to function correctly. The post shows that with Webb we already see tons of galaxies and it has already gone smoother than Hubble. The infrared has never been used before and it has already worked well for us. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Why can&#39;t we see the International Space Station?</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I always wondered why we can't see the international space station or satellites from earth. Since we can see the moon and the stars you would think we could see everything in our orbit. The moon is much larger than the space station so we wouldn't be able to see it in large spans of location. There are actually times where people try to spot the ISS when it goes over certain areas. The space station is only visible when it is illuminated by sunlight. During the day the sky is too bright to see it and at night earth is in the dark and there is no sunlight to reflect it. there are only 2 time windows where it could be visible, morning, and evening twilight. Here the ISS catches enough light but the light or lack there of on the earth does not drown it out. </div>]]></description>
