Use triads - e.g. patient, nurse, observer

• Spot the inaccessible features - staff are shown a document and raise hand to point out poor accessibility to better prepare them to identify it in their own work.

• Show experience of using a screen reader on a document with good accessibility & poor so they can see the advantages of accessibility features.

• Ask audience to close eyes and get screen reader to read-out long hyperlink letter by letter and ask if anyone can tell me exactly where the link is pointing at

• Colour & contrast - visual representations of how different colour combinations can affect people with visual impairment.
