Normally, the activity is played in person by passing out cards and talking about what image speaks to the person and why. However, because this meeting was virtual, I took pictures of the "Points of You" cards and put them on a google presentation so members could see as Toni screen-shared. In the first one, Toni taught a few teachers about the different types of bias that can occur during the teacher candidate selection process. In another meeting, Toni was a part of a panel that interviewed a candidate for an HR position at FSS. The last one I sat in on was a panel interview for a lower school teacher candidate. We filmed and explained the hallways, various spaces, and classrooms that FSS upper schoolers use daily.
