Climate Change is simply a natural part of Earths cycles and history. For much of Earths history there were no glaciers, or large amounts of ice on the poles. As the planet heats up and cools down the glaciers and ice caps melt away, before growing back to cover nearly the whole planet!

To fix climate change we could start limiting our greenhouse emissions, even though the polar ice will melt anyways it'll keep it at bay for a while longer while we figure out what to do

You can't really fix climate change sadly, but you can 'Freeze' the Earth. Seeding clouds with sulfur to block out sunlight can cause the temperature to fall. Which is nice because it allows the ice caps time enough to regrow a bit. The downside is that it could cause acid rains, and destroy fragile ecosystems.

Although the Earth has been our home for many thousands of years we could leave the planet and become a multi-planetary civilization. Titan, a moon of Jupiter could support life. The life it could support would mainly be simple bacteria and very small multi-cellular organisms, on it's own time it would take millions of years. With human intervention, we could accelerate this to take only a few thousand years. Genetically modifying strains of oxygen creating bacteria may increase the amount of oxygen they release, as well as doing the same for nitrogen producing bacteria. Even water can be made to flow on the surface in large amounts.

This does not come without perils though. Jupiter is known to drag in heavier meteors, and has a very strong magnetic fields which could be destructive to electronics. The planet is also a fair distance away, meaning trips to Earth and Titan would be infrequent and far between.

One of the best ways to help with climate change is to simply give the planet a "rest." With Titan as our new-found home, and the boundless resources of space, we might not even need to live on Earth anymore! Space travel will slowly become cheaper and cheaper as more funding and infrastructure is built to support it, as well as new fuel types and destinations. Mining asteroids, piloting space craft, doing exploration, research, and many more job types would suddenly become available. Some people may choose to stay on Earth, that is a fact, but once enough people have started moving away climate change will slow down. Giving the people who do stay a much longer time to live on Earth.
