Throughout the meeting, my hotel manager gave me a great deal of guidance to build up customer service attitude towards all staff here. I was assigned to ensure that all staff created a good working environment and worked together. This is because, my manager hotel likes the way I communicate with staff at Sentosa Villa. So I need to apply a friendly attitude to all the staff here.

Today i need to I need to work on evening shift. Today I need to do all the front office work. for example, check hotel system, do update all the matters toward hotel manager, do all the checklist.

Today our room 60% full. total check in is 20 rooms. For the first time i need to settled up everything. It is because of my need to work with the new staff of Potato Hotel. so that i need to teach him a lot before he did by his own.

and suddenly there's a complain from guest because they ask me to changed their bed sheet and bed protector. Oh My God i dont ever know about housekeeping duties. haha But , communication skills are needed in that situation. Keep calm the guest and i'll changed it using my own knowledge about housekeeping :) hahaha  it is because our Housekeeping working time ended at 5 pm . that was why as front office u need to be a multitasking person .

in our meeting we discuss a few thing about our new planning to increase our profit . and also we discuss about the planning of new promotion for our cafe and hotel . 

our manager also ask me to do a few things , such as i need to assist another intern student to make a new signboard for every single place in our hotel, and ask her to create the mini coupon for welcoming drink to our check in guest .

As a hotel supervisor, i'm not only focusing on customer service department or sales and marketing department but i need to cover housekeeping department . so today i need to check all the rooms after my staff done their work. 
There's a few problem in our rooms so i need to call the maintenance to settled up everything before we sell that rooms to our guest
