This can be found in chapter 21,page 279 the novel stated "As if the Gamemakers have sent an infusion of frozen air across the arena, which may be exactly what they've done".This shows how the main character Katniss had to pick a random bag . I chose this song because it shows and presents the scars that she had ever been through such as her dad dyeing and Rue dying in the arena with her,another is all the people she saw died or the ones she killed. These lyrics make me think of the novel when it says  "My arrow drives deeply into the center of his neck." I chose this song because Katniss knows who she loves but then loved another which was Peeta. My unfavorite part was when Rue died because she was the only one that Katniss really trusted except for Peeta. My unfavorite character was Foxface because they never caught her sneaking their food.
If I could change one thing, it would be how Peeta kept on getting hurt and being a burden on Katniss' plate because then she would have won a long time ago. One technique the author used that I really disliked was flashback because in the story every time that it started to get good she would flashback and make it regretful. One example of this is when Katniss had a flashback of when her father died and it made her very sorrowful. I would recommend this book because I think that it makes me grateful that our society is not like that.

During the events that unfold in the arena, Katniss changed how she acted because she was sort of soft for the people at first but then during the 75th annual Hunger Games she would then start killing."The boy from District 1 dies before he can pull out the spear. My arrow drives deeply into the center of his neck. He falls to his knees and halves the brief remainder of his life by yanking out the arrow and drowning in his own blood." this can show how she was starting to kill Chapter 18.

stand up and face the enemy. It's a do or die situation We will be invincible.”These lyrics reminded me of the novel when Katniss volunteered as tribute for prim.This can be seen in chapter 2 page 21.
