The National Library of Guatemala "Luis Cardoza y Aragón" was founded by the decree promulgated on October 18, 1879 It was opened to the public in 1880 in the Economic Society building.

The National Palace of Culture is located in the historic center of Guatemala City. It is a dedicated space for various artistic activities and temporary exhibitions, as well as housing painting and sculpture collections.

The Metropolitan Cathedral of Santiago de Guatemala, is the main cathedral of the country, and is located in Nueva Guatemala de la Asunción, capital of Guatemala. It is the headquarters of the Archdiocese of Santiago de Guatemala.

National Library- Is the largest and oldest library in the country and is located in Guatemala city. The library was founded on november 24, 1879 and has gone through different stages and locations throughout its history.

National Palace-The National Palace of Guatemala is a historic building located in the historic center. it was originally built in 1939 and was designed by architect Rafael Perez de León
Cathedral-It is the main catholic church in the capital of Guatemala.

National Library: i remenber its a nacional place of guatemalathat have some many years the bulding but now are modern , the books can be so old

Palacio nacional:

In the National Palace there are many things of value and characteristic things of Guatemala that are very old and representative, the most I saw were the paintings on the walls

Catedral:

The cathedral is a very historical place and it is a very old construction, if you notice that it was made, it was made 45 or 40 years ago  and so much go in this place to pray more than all they are catholic

First we went to the library I liked it but what I didn't like was that I was starting to read a book when they said let's go.

but is was interesting.

then we went to the national palace it was warm because there was a huge but huge calendar, it was beautiful I almost wanted to steal it hahaha,And finally we went to the cathedral. I liked it because it was a huge church, it had all the saints.

Its original name is: Catedral Metropolitana de Santiago de Guatemala:
On its 12 pedestals were the 12 apóstoles bu they were destroyed by an earthquake that measured more that 2 meters.

National Palace:
The Palace has 200 years old and is known as "El Guacamolón" for its color.

Biblioteca Nacional (National Library):
It was declared by the president Justo Rufino Barrios on October 18, 1879.

Palacio Nacional (National Palace):
In the National Palace there are many very beautiful rooms, it looks like a castle. On all the knobs was the imprint of Jorge Ubico, they also had the giant Guatemalan flag with real weapons along with a real stuffed Quetzal on the flag shield. In the rooms there were beautiful stained glass windows and beautiful chandeliers.

In the national library there were many books, both new and old, but very old, full of dust and very large and very well organized, it was very nice to visit the library.
Catedral (Cathedral):
It was very pretty, it has a lot of space, there were a lot of pigeons and you could see that it was very old.
