Legally, I think both John Eric and the CD club acted improperly because John Eric ignored his side of the contract and didn't pay for the CD's like stated in the contract, and the CD club made a contract with a minor.
2. Morally, I also think both parties acted improperly for the same reasons. Morally, John and his dad acted improperly. John should've told his dad about it from the beginning, not waiting until he was over $200 in debt.
