         <description><![CDATA[<p>This important Supreme Court case was all about the racial segregation in public facilities. The Supreme Court ruled that this is constitutional because "seperate but equal". This case was intended to end the act of having seperate restrooms and other facilities for white &amp; colored people. However, the Supreme Court said that as long as both facilities are equally equipped and are the same, it is completely constitutional. The image below shows how the Supreme Court made this type of segregation constitutional. </p>]]></description>
