Nowadays, people record on their phones or try to help but it can be more damaging They often stare heavily too, and stare but it really takes someone to act or tell someone to do something, and the crowd would do along with it

I feel like when it comes to crowds, they are everywhere when something occurs. I don't think there's a way to determine if a crowd is evil, but I would say symbolic, I do wonder when it comes to accidents to people, do all they mostly remember is the crowd? Repeated accidents to that one person, is the crowd all the remembrance?

Like I said previously, now when tying to the historical events, the crowd would follow people in the crowd, if people stare, people stared, if they agreed to pick up this hurt person, they would too. So, whatever time period it is, depending on that crowd, people would try to intervene the best way they could.
