catfishing, it is far too easy to go onto the internet and create a fake profile with no way of being proven a liar, this is a scam that is commonly used on sites such as snapchat and Instagram.
Deteriorating social skills is also a common issue because nobody needs to leave the house anymore as everything is easily accessed at your phone etc.
Promotes stalking as everyone's information can be easily found.
