The White Rose movement held non-violent protests against the Nazi Regime, they mainly handed out leaflets that showed the public all the wrong doings of that Nazis were doing. This group's main act of resistance was their leaflets titled, “Leaflets of the White Rose,” and they called for the help to resist the Nazi Regime to get out the injustices that were going on. At first the leaflets were mailed out to professors, booksellers, authors, friends, and many others handwriting the addresses in the phonebook, they also distributed them by hand. They did all of this from when they started this operation on June 27, 1942 to when they got arrested and some of them got executed on February 18, 1943. They worked to raise awareness for these injustices and got caught not a year later for this acts of treason, but still they act as inspiration to us now as they worked hard for what they wanted and going up against a country full of sadistic men at the time.
