As my splintered raft crashed against something, it was as loud as a lions roar; I was outnumbered by the waves flowing into my boat, inviting themselves in to my mouth for a cup of tea as I fell unconscious.

As I woke up from a dozy daze I was surprised to see twenty feet
standing before me.

I successfully boarded my rickety raft and was bobbing along the calm and soft sea. The water has obviously invited itself in; that was not so enjoyable. After a while the sea began to be rough and choppy and started to throw me about like a beach ball. I had to get out. I slammed hard on my brakes and soon I was drifting slowly away.

I woke up with a start and realised that I was lost, I stood up and saw a huge, dark silhouette looming in the distance it's shadow lounging on the wave-less sea. I headed towards it, like hunters around a dead elephant, I started to reach out for my break but deep down my curiosity rose out from the depths and took over I paddled like a mad man till I hit a old, abandoned harbour wall...

I stepped on. It groaned a little under my weight but stayed. I stood up, took a deep breath in and had a long gaze at my surroundings; it was nothing like I had ever seen before. I looked up , and the wall towered over me like a giant to a mouse. The presence of the wall sent shivers down my spine and put a sour smell in the air. What was this ginormous barrier?, why was it there? those where the questions ringing round my head like an alarm.

I took a nervous step forward, then another one and soon I was stepping on ... Sand . Soft silky sand that you can sink your feet into, I ran onto it , it felt like heaven compared to the cold damp wood of the raft...

I opened my sticky eyelids, the sun was beating down on me like a drum and I felt like I was in the middle of a roaring oven. I sat up, brushed of the sand and focused my eyes.

I clambered onto my little raft and set sail across the wide ocean. The waves slashed against my raft; I felt the piercing pain from the jagged wood as I clung on for dear life. The waves invited their self into my raft; I had no choice I couldn't turn back now . The waves kept on slashing at me. Was I in hell? Or was it just reality? I asked my self as another wave hit my raft for what was hopefully the last time.

Then suddenly, from out of no-where ,land appeared, it looked like I had finally found land! His rickety ragged raft was rocking about, rotting away into the dark and devilish sea. The stranger wondered if he'd ever find land, would he sail to the end of the world? He could taste salt on his lips, spittle of the ocean;his stomach grew sore with hunger .The harsh wind whipped past his red frozen cheeks and rain pattered down on the stranger's pale face.

Blue autumn dusk licked the freezing cold sea as I floated a drift, it was dark and misty but I could just see the sun arising from the earth. I awoke with my hands skimming the ice cold sea, seeping into my veins with the sun shinning beautifully in the clear blue sky. I configured I was a drift above the crystal clear sea. Confused, I could see a land about a few miles away.

I couldn't help but notice a gigantic black figure hovering over my raft. I turned to my feet and braced for impact as I drifted into darkness of the wave. I hit the ground, I passed out nothing but darkness ahead.

I rose to my feet and I predicted that I was in the Bermuda triangle, with no help, I could see a gigantic wall before my eyes as the towns folk came rushing out, maybe they where protecting something. I could hear them whispering chuck him back in the sea torture him until he says who sent him and where he comes from.

Frozen moss crunched under foot as I waddled closer and closer, it was the middle of the winter, how long was I out for? Rumours in the dark indicate they are not friendly they are territorial to the land. I took a deep breath and all I could smell was the warm crops ready for harvesting.

I stood there chatting to them saying I was not intruding and that I was friendly, I gazed at the marvellous creation of the wall towering into the clouds what where they hiding maybe they had elemental powers or they had a weapon?

As thunder rolled over the sea, they rushed for the castle seeking shelter. I stood in the rain as heaven opened the sea's began to roar, paddling ankle deep in the sea, seaweed wrapped around my foot in the distance sharks roamed the sea. I got my foot lose and fell asleep on the shores as darkness rolled over.

Waves crashed against my wrecked raft like I was in a washing machine, salt scraped against my arms like a knife on a chopping board, A rash climbed up my arm. I couldn't help but notice a dark shady object hovering over my raft, the raft nudged forward

His rickety, ragged raft was rocking about, rotting away into the dark and devilish sea. The stranger wondered if he'd ever find land, would he sail to the end of the world? He could taste salt on his lips, spittle of the ocean. His stomach grew sore with hunger. The harsh wind whipped past his red frozen cheeks and rain pattered down on the stranger's pale face. The smell of the damp, rotting wood of the raft was teasing his nostrils. The stranger gripped his raft, hanging on for dear life. The misty atmosphere was now growing to become thick fog making the air heavy with moisture. The waves died down and the sea was like chilled steel.

As the cruel night went on, a loud grunt of thunder echoed through the sky. Seaweed licked the stranger's face like ivy clinging to a tree. These thoughts whizzed round his mind twisting into a knot.

Even better it looked like some one was lighting a lovely warm fire. Paddling faster I couldn't wait for shelter and a place to rest. I put out my hand to stroke the sand but all I felt was water. I sighed , all that hard paddling for nothing . I was extremely tired. I wasn't sure weather I could live like this anymore...

I had many silent days from then on. Until I saw a storm a storm merge out of no-were, I paddled faster my arms ached but I new I couldn't become court up in that storm. I paddled so fast I didn't notice the incoming rock. Thud, crash, bang!

Silence grew louder as a constant tweet rang in my ear.
