For instance, the textile industry is being increasingly criticized due to human rights abuses within factories. The country is also beginning to lose agricultural productivity as salt water and sand are receding onto farmlands. For these reasons, the Bangladeshi government also has minimal incentive to devote funds towards helpful purposes.

Examples: If a large population decided to give their extra luxurial money to charity organizations then the charity would have enough money but as soon as a disaster happens and someone needs that money back those organizations sadly probably will return little to no money.
